Today, as usual, after training, I stopped by for coffee and got a croissant. I came home, had breakfast, and now it's time for coffee and a croissant. I would like to clarify what the filling inside is. It doesn't really look like pistachio.
I think the place itself is lovely to sit in and relax, talk or study. Friendly staff and some decent desserts.
Unfortuately the food here is overpriced and simply not worth ever buying, the coffee is mediocre and it's probably the busiest cafe in Drogheda so you'll often not get any of the nicer seats, especially after 4 or 5 as it's the only cafe around still open. Despite this i like the place and recommend it for atmosphere alone
On the page it looked very nice and toasted on the top. Decided to order something for brunch. Spent €20 on the order. Came in looking like a cheap panini from Aldi for €2. Such a disappointment.
Little expensive but great set up. Very comfortable and very modern. Staff very helpful......
UPDATE.... won't be back till cafe is updated and cleaned. Seats are now thread worn, tables are seldom cleared and when they are they are not wiped down. I'm not basing this on 1 visit its happened on a good few occasions now. Disappointing as I really did love this place.
